Description
Mountain Avenue --1-2 blocks away from Overlook Hospital. The street on the south (?) side of Mountain Avenue freezes due to storm sewers flowing into the road causing icebergs. I would like to suggest that the storm sewers be fed underground, rather than directly onto Mountain Avenue. This has been a treacherous situation for decades.
