Description

Rats are all over the alley and coming in to yards and garages. Had one run over my foot this morning at 10:30 after I opened the garage door. They seem to be coming from where trash cans are stored in the alley - but scurry through the yards. There is also a house on 8th street that seems to have a lot of trash in the backyard where they may be living.
