I made a personal visit to the Police station a week or two ago to inquire about a neighbor who seems to get away with overnight parking all the time in front of 1110 Whitwell Rd. I was told "we will look into it" on the loudspeaker (never saw a human). The truck still parks overnight on the street most nights. I am annoyed because the 3 times I forgot my car overnight on Marlborough Rd. I received 2 tickets and 1 warning. Sour grapes I guess, but fair is fair. The blue Dodge pickup also has expired tags (last Sept.) and no front license plate, items that I have also been cited for. Again, fair is fair. I am sending you 3 photos. Thank you.
