gang leader = kid named Octavius aka Okkie. gang's tag = "4X" Have observed him fencing stolen bikes, etc. at corners of 2nd, 3rd, 4th & Howard. Also drugs. Been doing this since c. age 10. Good candidate for new intervention program.

Is there any particular time of day that Okkie does his "transactions"? I live at Howard & 4th and I don't see any activity on my corner. I would like a discription of him, if possible.

he was arrested c. 6 weeks ago for selling drugs in front of Eddys. Hope he's in an intervention program, because he still hangs out there every day. Need "different places, different faces" to turn your life around...

Haven't seen him hanging lately. Eddys now has video camera @ store entrance which has cut down on loitering [we'll see what it's like next summer...]
