Description

Please fix Oberlin Ave. already! I am so tired of dodging potholes EVERY DAY, and this road has destroyed my suspension. I am on my 3rd set of upper ball joints, and my 2nd set of low ball joints.... all because of this road! I live in Amherst, and our roads are NOTHING like the garbage roads in Lorain that take years to fix. Stop the patch jobs and fix it already, corrupt Lorain Gov't!!!!!!!!!

There's no doubt that this is one of the worst roads in Lorain. I regularly dodge potholes on this road, in hopes my car won't get ruined. Terrible.

it kills me that they spent so much money last year patching up oberlin ave, to find us this year avoiding pot holes agian on the same road! why are we wasting time , do it right the first time so we dont have to deal with it for a couple yrs

This road is terrible... I just broke a tie rod yesterday on this road, and nearly wrecked into a parked car before I was able to stop in time. Why don't Lorain stop wasting money on christmas lights and festivals and spend it on something more important... ROADS.

Please fix all of oberlin ave and don't patch it so it comes out the following week do it right and stop wasting our money on patch mix.

Instead of wasting the money on the rotten roads, just have the people in jail get on a work program that pays for their stay by working to tear up all the no good asphalt back down to the bricks.
It's a lot easier to fix brick then it is to keep patching up the roads. The condition they are in now is atrocious.

Yes i agree let the prisoners tear the road down to the brick then it will be done right i am sick and tired going on lorain streets and play dodge em this city is terrible with their roads drive to Elyria and the roads are nice and smooth why can't lorain get their roads looking like that.

I lived in Lorain in 2003 and it wasn't fixed then whats the holdup?I know it takes 3 to do the job and because of the recession ya only got a go getter.
