It came from Blue house 484 Fountain street. They ALWAYS leave their overflowing trash bins on the street every week, every day, and the trash spreads throughout the street, neighbor yards, and sidewalks. It is truly awful.

I just walked by and there is trash all over Anthony and Fountain--cans, bottles, muck. Also leaves raked onto road which collects more trash and debris from cars going by tossing nips and fast food wrappers out of the car as they stop at that corner.

People also tend to park on Maplewood/Fountain corner and drop take-out trash weekly. It seems someone is always cleaning out their car into the road on that corner. Going to start calling the police when I see people loitering in their cars....I am not sure what they are doing.

It would be nice to have municipal trash cans on some of the corners on Fountain--like Anthony and Prospect for all the foot traffic litter.
