Hello, can I please have a status update on this request. It has been over 1 month since I submitted this ticket and it was acknowledged.

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.

Please reopen this ticket. Debris has not been collected. This is unacceptable.

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.

This debris has not been collected. Please reopen this ticket. Also it has been over two months and has not been collected. I had a previous ticket in october for this same request that was also closed by the city without any removal. So this is actually my second attempt to request pick up with no action by the city. As a tax payer, I find this unacceptable.

In the yard, citizen needs to move the debris to the end of the property line and call back for pick up
