Thursday, January 5, 2017: The person & the van are back. I noticed it about 1:30 AM this morning. It is now almost 8 AM. Still here as I post this.

Saturday, December 31, 2016 8:22 AM: My wife also has a picture of this vehicle because it's been loitering/littering for some time. The garbage thing is REALY annoying too, as, there's a can RIGHT near the van.

Saturday, December 31, 2016 8:04 AM: Green van has been parked on Fleming Avenue beside the park for several nights in the past 2 weeks. It has no license plate front or back and so is being driven on the street illegally. The attached pictures were taken late morning yesterday.
The van is here as I write. It has been arriving about 2 AM in the morning and the occupant sleeps in it until around 11 AM. Yesterday, the person in it slept till nearly 12 noon. Note the trash piled up by the van door. I cannot describe the occupant but I can see movement in the van. The occupant sleeps in the driver’s seat with a blanket pulled over to conceal him/herself.
It’s not ok for this individual to live out of his van on the street. All the more because there are many kids & parents walking along the street to Maxwell Park academy and making use of the park. Yesterday, there were a number of parents and their children in the park.
Please help this individual and his/her vehicle to move on and to get some assistance.
