Road has been in disrepair for years just past Slade Rd. headed towards Rowland St.

This area is really awful. In serious need of repair, however I can understand it being towards the bottom on the list of priorities right now being an "out of the way" street. However, with that new development being put in, the increased traffic will only make this problem much worse.

Grand Ave. from Slade Road to the Town of Milton line is in extremely BAD shape. I know this area is swampy but the road needs to be raised up and re-paved so people do not ruin their vehicles by traveling through here, especially with that new expensive housing development out there just before the High Voltage National Grid lines.
