Description

The traffic light at 401 and W Valley Hill Rd is causing extreme backups, often all the way back to Phoenixville Pike toward 202 during rush hour. During the evening rush, traffic is significantly tilted outbound on 401, away from 202. This means it's stop and go, up a hill, and the light simply doesn't stay long enough in that direction, cars on W Valley Hill Rd never wait more than a single light, while cars on Conestoga Rd (401) going up the hill can literally sit for 10-15 minutes.
