Description

Approaching the Broadway/Rollins intersection form the south; the traffic light doesn't work right. The sensor might be under the crosswalk or it might just be broken. Very frequently the signal lights cycles several times before northbound get a green light. I've gotten out of my car to alert the first driver to pull up a bit and we;'ve gotten a green light. I've pulled up into the crosswalk when in front. Several; times the traffic is backed up 50 cars down Rollins.
