Description

The storm drain at the T in the alley between the 2200 block of 12th Place and 12th Street is totally clogged. This picture shows where it is supposed to be. Neighbors have even tried to dig it out it it is completely clogged with dirt and debris. It's been this way for a very long time. We've been told it was inspected. Even with the smallest amount of rain water pools up. It's a damn cesspool. The we share is in awful shape but this clogged drain is a health hazard. There wasn't really a category for this so I answered the best I could.
