Description

This vehicle is dilapidated and is currently being used for target practice. The windows have been shot out and there is broken glass in the alley surrounding the vehicle. It is parked on both private and public property in the alley located in front of the garage of 2102 W. Estes. Please remove vehicle it is a hazard and public safety issue. By the city's own definition, this is a dilapidated vehicle and needs to be removed.
