You might also want to call the Alameda County Health Department, as they are "selling food, or food products," which are subject to inspection by the local health department.

Selling/boxing of fruit continues on this property. why haven't the city notify the department that needs to address this issue? PUT MY TAX DOLLARS TO WORK!

I have never had PWD call center refer anything to Code enforcement 238-3381or nuisance abatement 238-6370 or Alameda County Heath 567-6700. Welcome to reactive and dysfunctional Oakland. Sadly if want something done you will have to make the calls and file the complaints.

Inspector came out...nothing done. tenants were notify prior to them coming out and of course they spent days cleaning garage so when they showed there was no sign of any produce being boxed and stored in garage. till this day it continues. City fast to rise taxes but DO NOTHING when it comes to situations as such!

Why as of this day there has been NOTHING done? This garage is usually full of produce isn't this an health issue? City of Public Works please address this problem. Contact owner use my Tax Dollars!

FYI the PWD call center will not do anything or call anyone they can barely get referrals to there own dept.

Residents Garage continues to sell/store produce City of Oakland my homeowner taxes have sky rocketed use some of this funds to send inspector to address this on going issue! Why had this sat unanswered?

If none of you are willing to make the calls nothing is going to happen. As mentioned above the PWD call center is not going to do this for you.
