Produce being package and sold out of garage of this resident. leaving discarded produce on street. is this legal to store and package produce in a garage? Been several complaints but city cannot do anything unless they are caught. they work late at night or very very early mornings when city workers do not work or are sleeping so how can they be caught?? something has to be done!
