Nah the former public work director and everyone said that Easterner were a bunch of crazy and to quote the blogger from that area which said they were gentrifying Alameda {the old be vs the new be} "by the way speak 4 language here , spouse 5 , gentrification??? " when they protested the base expansion , was supposed to add only a few vehicle , keep calm it is only going to get worst as they still have the cannery , the fruitvale , the other project by the estuary not to mention all the house being converted into multi units ......let see it's 3.30 the traffic is backed up 2 blocks , Oh but people will ride the bicycle , have not seen many this past week , I guess they all took their car to work .....

There is the Standard reply , it is H61 therefore is Caltrans , then Caltrans send it back , been like that for over 50 years ...... Everyone want the fat paycheck , no one want to make the hard decision .
There is absolutely no justification for Webster then Central then Encinal then Broadway then Otis to be classified as an Highway ,lack of speed enforcement aside . It is so deeply in the blood of City hall they are all afraid of Caltrans , I do challenge anyone reading this post to prove me wrong , an act of Congress is easier . Now that Trump has been elected either nothing at all will be done by fear of upsetting Him or everything will be done overnight .
