Description

The southeast corner of Alemany and Onondaga is filled with leaves and stuff because there's been construction signs and equipment preventing street cleaning for over six months. That blocked the drain in yesterday's rain and flooded the street. Someone needs to come and clean all of this stuff manually to avoid more flooding next time it rains.
