Thank you for reporting this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate the address. Please know in order for this to be a violation there needs to be a considerable amount of trash/debris in the yard. An Officer also must observe the violation as it sits, so if the debris is removed before an officer can investigate, we are unable to begin a violation case. If there is a violation, we will make contact with the occupants and inform them of their rules and regulations regarding debris in the yard. Updates will be posted here.

The Code Officer contacted the complainant, who had already picked up most of the trash that blows onto the church property from the dumpsters at the shopping center next door. The Code Officer is attempting to contact property management for the shopping center to ask them to keep the area around the dumpster clean and to be careful about the fence when doing lawn maintenance. Will monitor the situation.
