Your issue with standing water has been looked at. However, the leaves in front of you house couldn't be removed as the city does not have a leaf cleaning service available. This issue will be the homeowners responsibility.

Good evening, is there anyway you can site the homeowner of the eyesore problem of the community.
Best regards

Denise, were you saying that the water collecting there caused the leaves to collect there?
Huntsville, if someone in the neighborhood puts their leaves out in the street in loose piles, pick-up of which is no longer offered, does the city have a way to get the homeowner to clean it up?
Thanks.

Question still stands:
Since Huntsville no longer has Leaf Service, if a neighbor puts piles of leaves at/in the street, is there an ordinance or some way for the city to get the homeowner to clean up the leaves? (Continuing problem in my neighborhood.)
Thank you.

Please ACTUALLY READ THE QUESTION I'M POSTING below for the third time:
I understand that Huntsville no longer picks up loose leaves. I understand that every homeowner should clean up any loose leaves from the street in front of their house. BUT I have neighbors who do not know or just refuse to accept these facts. Does Huntsville City have an ordinance or some other way to FORCE homeowners to clean up the loose leaves they've placed at the curb or in the street in front of their property? Thank you for your time.
