Description

I submitted a ticket last week when my Christmas tree was not picked up with the rest of the trash although it was out front the night before. The previous ticket was closed and my Christmas tree is still out front. I have had zero communication as to why this wasn't picked up. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
