Description
Water is seeping up around the manhole cover on the south side of Pine Hill Road, just west of Weston Nurseries. This causes a large ice deposit to form on the road when it gets below freezing.

I agree with Steve .. not fixed and it’s bad ... lots of water frozen now ice .. dangerous.
