Description

4600 block Griscom between Arrott and Overington House. Street has no dirt under the shell of asphalt. The side walk curb and parts of the street are sinking down along the entire west side of the block. heavy construction vehicles and re routed busses are speeding up the process. City has been notified several times but no action has been taken.
