I think it is DanFlowers@arkansashighways.com This is the head of the Arkansas Hwy and Transportation Dept. He will pass it down to the proper engineers. For sure shellirussell@arkansashighways.com in public affairs will pass it up. I know how hard it is to get on the access road in the afternoon about the time that school lets out.
It is a little easier to get on the access road if you go down to Commerce or in front of Walmart at the next street parallelling the interstate access. You can double back around the problem that way. It is still a problem because the entrance to the bridge crossover for heading south on Reynolds is so close to the mentioned problem area.
There will always be a flood of people going that way who have just gotten off the freeway. But if everyone of the people who do not want to exit the access road at the Reynolds Road South location would stay to the left, it would make it easier to merge onto the access road at the aforementioned spot.
And then you have the people wanting to be in the left lane from the right who are getting on the freeway shortly thereafter. I think the entrance in Bryant for I30 West is too soon.
Okay this issue with traffic should have been fixed now. I'll go ahead and close it out. If repairs have not yet been made please either call the state city or county to have work orders set up for repairs. Thanks!

Someone wrote in to say that this issue should be reported to the Highway Authority as well.
Can you find an email for their road department so we can email them as well.
