This alley has all the problems listed but it only let me select one. There are potholes so big that I have watched a woman with a cane have to walk way around it. There are many potholes, large cracks, raised parts, still water. The entire alley needs to be repaved. We need speed bumps that allow for good water drainage. This alley gets too much traffic from north capitol.
