The City of Oakland fixed this issue on 01/23/2017, service request #704325.

This was never cleaned up.. garbage is still all over the street and sidewalk. Since you will not remove the encampment. I am requesting you schedule this on a weekly clean up. You have multiple tickets over two years about this problem, but yet City of Oakland does not do anything about it.
