Loose leaf collection season creates situations where leaves are found in the street. This is very difficult for our staff to enforce. The leaves should have been collected by now. Call 919-996-6446 if you have any additional requests or questions about this. Thanks.

Leaves are still there. Please explain how it is difficult to enforce? There are numerous reported instances on this website from weeks/months ago reporting violations. Why didnt you send anyone out to ticket the people and to tell them to move them? You also closed this ticket saying it was complete when it was not. There are STILL leaves there. If you have a problem with people opening tickets on this website dont even use SeeClickFix. Im not calling you guys when Im spending time to fill out this website when you guys say this site is how to report this stuff. There is a common pattern here where the city gets all uppity in its replies when it gets called out.
