RV was towed to 34th Street & does not. It does not have a license plate & is illegally on the street. It is, along with the other vehicles that have shown up, are blocking lane of traffic so that drivers have to drive into oncoming traffic to get around them. Super dangerous & a lawsuit waiting to happen against Oakland.
