Heard a racket going on near bus stop # 58528 -- went running over and caught two substance abused adults dumping piles of crap in bushes of private property adjacent Wu to bus stop... they abandoned their stolen grocery cart & left quickly... When I went to investigate what they dumped, it smelled like "a dump" and they had dumped piles of rotted debris and cans in the bushes... I pulled it out & put it on sidewalk next to bus stop to prevent more dumping on private property ... pls come remove this stinky mess.. thank you
