Description

When rush-hour traffic can turn right (on red or green) from Main onto 202/Markley toward KOP, it cuts down significantly on the backup at that traffic light. Cars parked illegally on the S. side of Main cause a block-long snarl. Some targeted morning ticketing or better signage could send an important message.
