There is no limit on trash collection yet, only on container size, nor is cardboard required to be placed in the recycle container. (it should however be bundled)
Before you go pointing fingers at others, maybe read the actual rules.

Thank you for your concern, but yes there are limits on trash. There can only be three 32 gallon containers or bagged equivalent. All recyclable materials are to be placed in the green recycling bin, including cardboard and paper. We are sending notices when we find violations so that we can advise people that have not heard or read the new rules yet. Unfortunately the city web site has not been updated yet so if your are getting your information there it is incorrect.
