I have the actual permit issued by City of Oakland and is for a Full service Resturant with business hours from 11:00 am to 11:00pm. Any work outside these hours shall solely be staff preparation or cleaning the site. No License or permit to sell tickets for shows or parties. Additionally, OPD must issue permits for loud show or event during their regular operation hours from 11:00am to 11:00 pm. This Resturant currently can serve only wine and beer. Anyone can request to see zoning and permits by going to city of Oakland zoning department and request copy of the permit by giving this business address and judge for yourself. TRiBE Oakland
