a lot of construction ongoing at this property... trucks are often double parked and not conforming to general parking rules. Additionally when asked about it they all appear not to understand English so the conversation/issues go untesolved! Additionally it appears that they are doing a substantial amount of work with no visiable permits to be found. My concern is there is another halfway house being constructed in the city of Malden...
