This has been parked for several weeks now. Hasn't moved

This car was moved to the other side of Marconi.
Still sitting there with two flat tires...

This area seems to attract these vehicles. We are one street over from Mission on Root and this morning i counted and reported three cars parked that all were expired in 2016. Im hoping parking control can make a routine visit weekly to ticket and tow these cars.
