For the last few months large piles of trash has been accumulating at these two residences by the road, in the front lawn, and in the rear of the houses. There is also a small kennel with a tarp over it that they have 5+ dogs confined in. The kennel smells so bad that it can be smelled from across the street and the dogs bark incessantly.
