Owner of house at 4301 Dundalk CT, Antelope, 95843 is continuing to leave some form of property in the street so people cannot park in the court in front of his house. This is an eyesore and makes our neighborhood look trashy. This material in the street was also in the way of the street sweeper this week that would have been able to clear the leaves out of the gutter. Please help!!
