Thank you for your comment on the possible erosion control issue in Peavine Tributary. The City Inspector conducted spot inspections within this basin after this rain event and all sites were in erosion control compliance.
Agree that heavy rains are probably the root cause of the problem, but developers' failures to maintain adequate run-off protection caused the muddy water to flow into the stormwater system and then the creek. For example, see issues 3463755, 3463780, and 3463803.
