Description

The signal at foothill and chase needs to be looked at, when in the left turn lanes either on chase or foothill I have been stuck sitting waiting for a green light, late at night with no other cars around it takes forever to change. Also when it finally does change it goes thru a whole cycle of all the other green lights instead of just changing for what cars are waiting. I have noticed this since it has opened. I go thru the intersection late at night when very few cars are around, sometimes I am forced to bypass the red light after waiting close to a minute with no green.
