The light has not been fixed. And the adjacent one is also out. Pole number 40 It just needs a new bulb. Not sure what our dues are for if a light bulb can't be fixed within a 12 MONTH period
Mr. Puma, this issue was originally submitted to the City of Milton and not to HMS. I cannot say why the city not responded, but I noticed the activity on this Request and I should be able to help.
The power company Sawnee EMC is responsible for maintaining the streetlights in Highland Manor. I just reported the light at 15845 Milton Point and the adjacent pole numbered 40 to Sawnee EMC online at https://www.sawnee.com/content/report-outage. Sawnee EMC gave the Outage Reference Numbers 11824 and 11825 for these outages.
I apologize for any confusion on this matter. Note that when submitting issues through the HMS Fix It app or the SeeClickFix app, you will have options to submit issues to HMS (for HOA-related issues) or to the City of Milton. I cannot speak on the City of Milton's behalf on how or how often they use SeeClickFix to handle issues.
Please let me know if you need any further details. Thank you.

Thank you for the quick update. I have resubmitted the issue to Sawnee EMC, and they replied with the Outage Reference Number 12105.
I want to apologize for not looking up your name on your account, and addressing you as "Mr." so many times. I mistakenly thought you were a different Pat from a different community who I speak to fairly often.
Hopefully Sawnee EMC will be able to take care of this light very quickly.
Please let me know if you need any further details and/or if you do not see any progress on the street light outage in the next two weeks. Thank you.
I received the following update from Sawnee EMC, claiming that issue has been correcte.
Greetings. This is a message from the Customer Service Team at Sawnee EMC.

It sounds to me that there is:
A) one pole located at 15845 Milton Point, and
B) a second pole located nearby, which is pole number 40.
Can you confirm if just one light is still out, or both? I will submit these outages to Sawnee EMC again at https://www.sawnee.com/content/report-outage.
Please let me know if you need any further details. Thank you.
