Description
Alley between Stanwood Rd. And Remington Rd, about half-way between Broad and Powell, floods after pretty much any rain. The problem started after the alleys were resurfaced a few years ago. The alley intersection seems to be the lowest spot. It is a serious safety concern, especially in the winter, as the area turns into a scating rink!
