Description
There is a storm drain behind my house which drain poorly causing the overflow of water to flow into my backyard. A few months back the lot behind my house was cleared and a lot of debris fell into the storm drain causing it to become even more clogged and drain even more poorly. The storm drain now overflows in two separate places into my yard. My backyard is currently under water due to the issue.
