It is 308 Mill St. This is a house on my street that many neighbors have complaints about. There is trash on the front porch, and beer bottles in the back yard. I know that the electric and water have been turned off. And the person who lives there will leave for extended periods of time, and leave his dog there alone. The inside of the house is littered with clothes, and other trash. This is definetly a health hazard.
