Mô tả
This intersection needs a crosswalk as the neighbors of Euclid St. Paul and Crescent Lake use this intersection to go to the park and or access the local business on MLK.
Thank you for your time and help.

Michael - cars are speeding up and down MLK. The other crosswalk on 17th doesn't stop traffic. There needs to be a sense of urgency to this issue. Plus, the Euclid St. Paul Neighborhood Association wants a crosswalk there as well.
Let's cut through the red tape and make both Cresent Lake and Euclid St. Paul safer for families and pedestrians trying to enjoy the area.

The installation of any new crosswalks along this corridor is being reviewed holistically through the Complete Streets Program, which is currently underway and wont have final recommendations until this fall. I'm sorry we are not able to respond to your request sooner, however a comprehensive approach is required when looking at the situation along such a major route.
If you feel unsafe crossing this corridor at unprotected mid-block locations please use the crossing provided at the traffic signals where pedestrians are expected to cross. We have in the meantime requested the police to provide continued enforcement. If you are still experiencing high speeds call the Police for additional enforcement.
Any issues with to function of the existing crosswalk can be reported through See Click Fix. You do not need to call the Police or anyone else.

Thank you for your past submission via SeeClickFix. The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
If you think for any reason that the issue you submitted in the past might still be unresolved, please feel free to submit a new report with the SeeClickFix St. Pete website and we will make sure the issue is directed to the appropriate City department to be addressed as soon as possible.
Thank you again - Sincerely,
Mayor's Action Center
