Hello Barb, I am sorry that no one has gotten back to you about this. This is a new system for us and there are some kinks we are still trying to work out, for example any unclassified issues do not get moved into the right persons queue. I just received this a while ago and have created a work order. The streets crew will come and take a look at it as soon as possible. They will work on a solution.

The streets crew went out this morning to look into this issue. They could not find a location with the mud (even if it was dry) or that looked like the photos. Can you add more details so we can find the location? Or call us at 760-633-2850 and reference WO# 185424?

Location is at the corner of Somerset and Warwick. Along the north side of the corner house

Thank you for clarifying the location. The crew went out and reviewed the area. The will be putting gravel in that location to help with traction and mud issues. They will be doing this as soon as the materials arrive.

Thanks very much. The removal from FE the vegetation growing in the right of way created this unexpected side effect so thank you for resolving it!
