City code requires homeowners to remove all brush interfering/encroaching into right of way. The city deals with all tree issues within right of way. Right of way extends 16' from edge of road on Arlington. Recently a contractor for the Chop has trimmed a Siberian elm on Arlington at this address. There remains additional deadwood on neighboring trees which will be addressed after invasive honeysuckle bushes are removed. Brush is the responsibility of homeowners.
