Another year has now gone by and this area of Plainview Road remains a disgusting mess of litter and Election signs from back in November. Can the NCDPW please get their act together and clean this area up once and for all?

Why I even bother I don't know. I have called, I have written, and nothing ever gets done, but I'll say it again as there is always hope. Please clean this portion of Plainview Road. It is a disgusting mess between the litter, fallen trees, broken roadway. An embarrassment to the town considering it's across from one of it's nicest parks.
