Surveyor Inspected-All Lights Burning OK

It's NOT a street light that is out - there is no option on here to report "street sign down" so this option was the closest option. It's a "one way" street sign that is down laying in front yard of building on the alley in front of 1315 W Melrose. **It tells people coming out of that alley that Melrose is a one way going west so they dont go east.
