Junk car still here after we were told two weeks ago it would be put in the garage. I would like an update on this situation.

A follow up inspection was performed on 4/27/17, and 5/3/17, the vehicle was still in violation and the case has been forwarded to court for both dates and charges is being filed against the vehicle owner and the female tenant in charge of the property. A weekly inspection will be performed continuously and charges will be filed until compliance is attained.

An inspection was performed on 5/10/17, it was observed that the vehicle is still in violation and parked in view on the driveway, charges are being filed back in court against the vehicle owner and the female tenant in control of the property.

A follow up was performed on 5/24/17, and it was observed that the vehicle is still in violation and parked in view, the vehicle owner and the female tenant will be cited back to court.

The owner of this property currently can't be identified through routine methods used by Code Enforcement, and therefore we have been filing in court against the people that are responsible that can be identified. We have identified the property owner by name only and there are several people with the exact same name, and according to records she list her rental property as her home address.
As they have been identified we will continue to file on the vehicle owner and the female tenant, and will continue attempting to identify the property owner until this matter is resolved.

Car still there. Can't even begin to describe how annoying this is. Pretty sure this is discrimination on the part of Missouri City. Don't know how this is allowed. Time to get lawyers involved. Not fair for the rest of the law abiding community.

Currently there are rats crawling out of car.

An inspection was performed on 5/31/17, and it was observed that the car is still parked in view on the driveway, and the tenant and vehicle owner is being cited back to court. The tenant and the vehicle owner are being cited to court on a weekly basis, and I will contact court next week to see if an arraignment date has been set. I will post whatever information becomes available regarding this issue.

Vehicle still there. Obviously they aren't coming to court or taking this seriously. So maybe it's time to get a judge to sign off to have the car towed? I don't see why that is so hard. This has been going on for 8 months.

Follow up inspections was performed on 6/8/17, and 6/14/17, the vehicle was still on the driveway and in violation of the junk vehicle ordinance by having three flat tires and no current registration. The female tenant, and the vehicle owner are being cited back to court for both dated violations.

Plead no contest fine $100.00 plus court costs.
