Description
A large and noisy commercial truck (GMC W4500) lic# 35788A2 is illegally parked in front of my house every night from 5PM to 5AM. The driver stores his truck here every night and departs in his own car. It is parked in violation of OMC 10.28.120 (parking a commercial vehicle on a residential street, a $250 fine). The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of this vehicle is 14,500 lbs, above the legal limit of 10,000 lbs.
