Description
There are several unlighted crosswalks along this stretch across from the plaza that are frequently ignored by motorists. Not only do they fail to stop as you wait, but I have had a few cars simply swerve around me while IN the crosswalk. Not only is this a hazard, but it should be a $200 fine, right? Please, some traffic enforcement in this area would be very helpful. Maybe a ground lighted (but still unsignaled) crosswalk could also be evaluated as an option. Thank you.

I have almost been hit several times on these crosswalks. I have to wait until there will be absolutely no traffic to cross, which is difficult during rush hour and heavy traffic times of day. People just aren't looking for pedestrians and will cut across the crosswalk ahead of me.
This is especially horrible during the winter, in the evenings, or on rainy days when visibility is poor already.
