Description

A lot of vehicles that come and go to this address very briefly, foot traffic as well. For example tonight, saw an SUV pull up to the south facing entrance of this building, stop, then pull to the rear of the by building. Moments later a car pulled up and stopped at the entrance at which point a person emerged on foot from the rear of the building, approached the driver side of the car, stopped briefly before putting their hand in their pocket then walking back towards the rear of the building again. Then both vehicles exited the drive of the property. On another occasion several weeks ago, twice a person emerged from the building and entered an SUV that was parked on S Normal. The vehicle then proceeded north, crossed Congress, then stopped just past the intersection to let the person out who then walked back to and entered the building.
