I really don't understand why the City of Oakland in spite of all the building of new buildings all over Oakland we still have so many homeless encampments growing. We hear in the news that San Francisco is building and opening new housing for the homeless but Oakland only opens parking lots for homeless to park in and Tough Sheds on lots mainly in West Oakland. What gives????
